Okay, HammerCrew - we have work to do!!! A SHOW ON NYE!!! I'll start working on some banners - y'all post anything you come up with here so we can all share. Also post in the HC group on MySpace. (See below.)

If you haven't accepted the Hammercrew group invite on MySpace yet, please do it! This is a good place for us to share ideas and keep updated. Right now, I'm just talking to myself over there - I'm lonely! Two out of four Lovehammers have joined. Just saying...

It's been called to my attention that you might not know how to access the group. I hadn't tried to do that except through the store, so I had no idea how do it myself. But I did manage to find it, so here are directions in case you need it:

At the top of your MySpace page, there's a row of links: Home, Mail, Profile, etc. The last one is "More." Click that and select "Groups." Another page will come up with a box on the upper left with more choices. Click "My Groups." A new page comes up with your groups. Click on HC to come in.

Could they have made this any more obscure???

Thanks for the instructions Scribbles. I hadn't tried yet, but this will help when I do.

Those instructions work for either version of your homepage, but if you're still using the old version, you can look at the links under your profile pic and the "Groups" link is the very last one.

I replied to a thread there, but I'll do it here, too. The font on the main page is the same color as the background. I had to highlight the whole page to see the topics. That may be a reason people aren't replying. They can't find the threads.

Um, can I just say that I really HATE MYSPACE!!!

Hmmm. I'll have to work that out over the weekend. That's not what it looks like when I go there from the store or HC Carolina. What browser are you using, Rachel? Maybe it's an IE problem.

Here's a question from a HC newbie...I was trying to post the link to get tickets in a blog tonight, but when I clicked to make sure it worked MySpace said it was removed because it had been a bad, bad link or somit like that...and hinted at it being phishing, etc. Yet, when I click on the Ticket Info links in the bulletins folks have posted it takes me straight to Ticketmaster.

What gives?

Check your code for extra spaces, Cheza, and recheck it to be sure you got it exact. Let me know if it still doesn't work and I'll try it for you.

I couldnt get either of those to work for me. I must be doing something wrong, lol!

I didn't realize what invision did to the code. You need to remove the url brackets. Let me see if I can do that.
