Here's an idea to promote the HOB show.  This Friday, the 15th, is about a month before the show.  I think it would be cool if starting Friday first thing if fans turned their myspace avi to this pic...



So, like, if we all had it up all day friday and kept it up for a day, then I think word would spread...just because it would be in so many places.

Even better, if you choose to participate, then please add this pic of the poster now to your images on your myspace.  That will start to spread the word now because the image will show up in your friends subscriptions update if they subscribe to updates to your page.   Just wait to make it your default pic until Friday.

Then, underneath the pic for the caption, we could write something like
"Get ticket info at lovehammers.com!"  or something that will direct people there so they can get tix.  Or you could direct them to lovehammers myspace.  

A lot of myspace is word of mouth so these subtle and simple cues like adding this poster to your myspace images today will help.  And, putting up a caption will help.  Then, on Friday we can make it our default pics for the day!

I might.  I had an extra for Jeff, but since it's a girls weekend now, I still have one.  I offered it to my best friend in FL.  She's supposed to let me know next week.  Otherwise I was going to donate it to the LH Store to raffle, but Nancy told me today there really isn't enough time.  So if my friend decides not to go, I will still have 1 ticket Mel.  I should know by Friday.

Melanie, I'm sure SOMEBODY will have an extra, I may know someone too, let me know if you want me to find out for ya!

Thanks everyone.  It's tough, because of course I want to go. I want to go to EVERY show (don't we all LOL), and Fred has said, if it will make you  happy, go, but I know it's not a good idea financially and for other reasons.  Grrr.  And flights went back up $54 today.  I just need to accept it.  I've been to lots of shows and I'm grateful for that.
