hello- i am trying to send a PM- but it just sits in my outbox. it does not show in my Sent Mail. does this mean it was not sent to the person- or received by them?

i think it means that the recipient has not opened it yet...anyone else agree/disagree??

Jen asked the question via pm, so I I'll repost here:

Messages remain in your Sent box until the recipient opens the message.  Then it moves to your Out box.  It has nothing to do with the recipient's box being too full, it just means that the message hasn't been opened.  

Keep in mind some users may not have the mail notification set on their profile so until they log in they may not be aware of the pm's waiting for them.
