I don't know the law, but if she did something that deserves jail time, she should get it.  Isn't it only 45 days anyway?  All this attention will probably help her career anyway - maybe they planned it and it is just a genius marketing ploy - after all, look at what the porn video did!!!!

She should include this trip to jail into her Reality show.
